CLRC AGM 2014.

The next pub meet is on Tuesday 9th September 2014

It`s that time of year again !!!  Please come along to your agm, this is your chance to have your say and help decide who runs the club in your interest.  We as a committee run the club the way we think the members want it ran, but without input from you, the members we may not always get it right.

Our 2014 AGM takes place at The Red Lion 11/02/2011 at 8pm; as most will know the committee stands down and offer themselves for re-election. We NEED eight members for the committee as a minimum could anyone who wishes to stand for election for the committee please send me an email to the club chairman (clrclub@yahoo.com) by the 10th Feb.  We will need your name and membership number included.
If there is insufficient nominations we reserve the right to take nominations from the floor on the night, the AGM process does not take long and we would like to see as many members there as possible.
I am sure that the club will contiue to grow and develope futher with the new committee as it has done in the successive years since it was founded in AUG 2005
I will take this oppertunity to wish you all the best tothe committee of 2014
The Chairman (pp Ian Richardson.)
